Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms are a binding agreement between you and the Operator.

What bogo.chat is
bogo.chat is a random-partner chat platform. When you enter the Service, you may be matched with another user to exchange messages, photos, and voice messages. The Service may also include account-based features such as private messaging, featured areas (for example, Daily Picks), and virtual items (for example, Coins). Matching is random and not guaranteed. We do not guarantee availability, compatibility, or continued connection.

Eligibility (18+ only)
You must be 18 years or older to use the Service. We do not allow minors. If we suspect you are under 18, we may block access immediately and without notice.

Guest use and optional accounts
You can use the Service as a guest without registering an account. Some features (for example, saving or syncing history or settings) may only be available if you create an account, when offered.
If you create an account, you must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity under your account and from your device or network while connected.

Usernames and public/featured areas (Daily Picks)
Some features may display your username or other profile identifiers to other users (for example, "Daily Picks" or similar featured sections). This may include showing your username and/or profile photo to other users. If you choose to create an account and set a username or upload a profile photo, you understand that these may be visible to other users and may be linked to your activity on the Service.
Do not use a username that violates these Terms, infringes others’ rights, impersonates someone, or includes personal/sensitive information you do not want to be publicly visible.

Community rules (no NSFW)
You agree not to create, upload, send, request, or promote any of the following through the Service:
- Sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW content, nudity intended to be sexual, or sexual solicitation.
- Any content involving minors, including sexual or exploitative material (zero tolerance).
- Harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, threats, stalking, or doxxing.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, "revenge porn," or content violating another person's privacy.
- Extreme violence, gore, or content intended to shock or threaten others.
- Illegal activity or instructions to commit illegal acts.
- Malware, viruses, spam, scams, or attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
- Automated scraping or collection of user data without permission.
- Content that encourages or facilitates self-harm or suicide.
- Any sexual content that is illegal, non-consensual, or exploitative, even if it is not strictly "NSFW."
We may remove content, terminate sessions, block users, or suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including when we believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated or for safety or security reasons.

Moderation notice
Chats, private/direct messages, photos, and voice messages may be subject to moderation. Moderators (human or automated tools) may view conversations and uploads to enforce these Terms, prevent abuse, ensure safety, and comply with law. We do not monitor all content in real time and are not obligated to review, pre-screen, or remove any User Content. We may review content at our discretion and take action when we believe it is appropriate.

Your content & license
"User Content" means anything you send or upload (messages, photos, voice messages, etc.). You keep ownership of your User Content.
To operate the Service, you grant bogo.chat a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, reproduce, and display your User Content only as needed to provide, secure, moderate, and improve the Service.
You represent and warrant that:
- you own or have rights to your User Content,
- your User Content does not violate law or these Terms, and
- you have consent from any identifiable people in your photos.

Retention & deletion
- Photos and voice messages: stored on our servers for up to 48 hours, then deleted or irreversibly anonymized, unless required longer for security investigations or legal compliance.
- Conversations: stored for up to 30 days, then deleted or anonymized, unless required longer to enforce Terms, resolve disputes, prevent harm, or comply with law.
- Private/direct messages (if offered): stored for up to 30 days, then deleted or anonymized, unless required longer to enforce Terms, resolve disputes, prevent harm, prevent fraud, or comply with law.
You understand recipients may copy or save messages/photos outside the Service (for example, screenshots). We cannot control or delete those copies.

Coins / virtual items
The Service may include a virtual currency or credits ("Coins") or other virtual items/features that can be earned or spent inside the Service. Coins are virtual, have no cash value, are not legal tender, and are not refundable except where required by applicable law.
We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue Coins (including earning rates, spending options, and availability) at any time. You agree that we are not liable for any loss of value, loss of access, or changes to Coins or virtual items, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may investigate and take action against suspected abuse or fraud involving Coins (for example, exploiting bugs or using unauthorized methods). This may include reversing coin balances, disabling features, suspending accounts, or restricting access.

Shop / redemptions (if offered)
The Service may offer a "Shop" (or similar feature) that lets you request redemption of Coins for digital items, rewards, or other benefits ("Redemptions"). Redemptions may be fulfilled manually and are offered on an "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we may, in our sole discretion, approve, deny, limit, suspend, cancel, refuse to fulfill, or reverse any Redemption or access to the Shop (including for any user or account), for any reason or no reason, including for fraud prevention, abuse prevention, compliance with law, correcting errors, or operational reasons.
We do not guarantee that any item will be available, that any Redemption request will be fulfilled, or that any fulfillment will occur within a particular time. If we cancel or do not fulfill a Redemption, we may (but are not obligated to) refund the Coins spent, substitute a comparable item, or provide another remedy as required by applicable law.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid, verified account email address and for complying with any applicable third-party terms that apply to redeemed items (for example, gift card terms). To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third-party goods/services or for issues caused by inaccurate account information.
Third-party services: Some Redemptions may be used with or provided by third parties (for example, Amazon). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third party. Your use of any third-party goods, services, platforms, or websites is solely between you and that third party and is governed by that third party’s terms and policies. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for third-party acts or omissions, and for any claims, losses, or disputes arising out of or relating to third-party goods or services (including gift card redemption, acceptance, availability, restrictions, expiration, account issues, or suspensions).

Safety warning
You are interacting with strangers. Do not share sensitive personal information (real name, address, phone number, financial info, etc.). If you feel unsafe, disconnect immediately.

User interactions
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, whether on or off the Service. We do not conduct background checks and make no representations about any user. Any meeting or sharing of information outside the Service is at your own risk.

No in-app report/block feature
The Service currently does not include an in-app reporting or blocking feature. If you need to report abuse or illegal content, email support@bogo.chat with relevant details (time, what happened, and any available evidence). We may take action at our discretion.

Service availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without liability. We do not guarantee uptime, matching availability, or user behavior.

Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties of any kind about safety, reliability, or suitability. You use the Service at your own risk.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and except where liability cannot be excluded as a matter of law, bogo.chat is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or reputation arising from your use of the Service or from other users' conduct.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (if any), or (b) $100.

Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify bogo.chat from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of: your use of the Service; your User Content; or your violation of these Terms or the law.

Service ownership
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and all related intellectual property, is owned by bogo.chat or its licensors. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.

Severability; no waiver; entire agreement
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and bogo.chat regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version and revise the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Service will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Israel.
